Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, all sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items
Your satisfaction is important. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
We will gladly arrange a replacement or store credit once the issue is confirmed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Nectar and Clay Designs is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are always happy to assist where possible.
Color & Variation Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products. Minor variations in color, pattern, and texture are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
